Patch 4.6.2
We have now released patch 4.6.2 to the public. This patch includes a bunch of fixes and also some small new features. A new client version is needed to play. Your client should automatically patch itself when you login, however, should this not happen you can simply download and install the new client from our website.
Soccer arena
There is now a soccer arena in Culthan for 3vs3 matches. A single match lasts for 5 minutes.
Repeatable quests
The big quests that we have will now be able to be repeated by players. The reason we changed this is because many players asked for it as they want to take part in quests to help their friends even if they have solved it themselves already, and since no server has that many high leveled players, it is a good idea which we found worth implementing now.
Osvald's fix
Osvald will now give killing tasks more precisely, this means if you for example say hard, you will no longer get a huge amount of melket soldiers. Since this will save you a lot of premium cards, the reward for these quests have been lowered a bit (around 9~15%, depending on what task you get), it's only to keep the balance and unless you're terribly unlucky you'll get more experience by wasting fewer premium cards now. To avoid gold & skill reward to be lowered by this, they both got an extra buff which is actually more than the experience rates were lowered, meaning that you will not only get the same amount of gold / skill compared to experience, but a bit more, this is however not a big amount, but was done to avoid the other rewards being affected by the experience reduction.
Also, the number of monsters to kill has been altered a bit to avoid unfortunate tasks such as 750 colossal ice golems. The reason for this change is that we think it's not any fun at all to get a task that does not fit the description and spend many cards on cancelling it. By lowering the experience rate of the killing tasks, we are trying to even it out, having the result of players getting fewer experience, but will get to their desired tasks a lot cheaper and easier, thus, being an advantage.
Last but not least, Osvald now gives additional 1000 static experience for solving a killing task, no matter which. This is a small buff to newcomers, as now, no matter what quest you did, a random task will not only provide you with 1.3x the amount of experience, but also a minimum of (5000 + 1000) * 1.3 experience just for solving any task, which is a guaranteed 7800 experience.
Other changes
NPC prices have been adjusted and some spells (namely Bravery) have been fixed.
We hope to have improved the game with these changes for you and will try to prepare further fast patches in case anything is out of balance and has to be solved quickly to increase the fun of the game. Of course, we are also working on content updates and will happily fill you in on these once we have enough to excite you.
